Career Evolution

Many years of healthcare leadership involving personnel management, team building and talent development provided a strong foundation for Lisa to enter the search industry.  Lisa has successfully mentored individuals seeking to make career and job changes.  In 2014, Lisa first brought her knowledge of candidate selection, screening and hiring to JESSI Exceptional Search Services, Inc.  Lisa continues to utilize her skills in relationship building, project management and strategic planning to support the organization.

Lisa has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University and an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Lisa has supported her community by serving on boards and committees of local service organizations. She also supports:

• Central Missouri Food Bank
• Soldier’s Angels

What She’s Passionate About

Lisa’s an experienced beachcomber!  She loves to travel, striving to include a beach with a beautiful ocean.  Lisa also enjoys hanging out with family and friends, catching the latest action flick and participating in community events.
