Julie McFall – President and CEO
Career Evolution
Julie McFall brought together her collective business and consulting experience to found JESSI Exceptional Search Services, Inc. in 2006. She leverages her experience in sales, organizational management, leadership development and professional services consulting to find the right solution for the organization and individual. Julie honed her experience as a business leader working with large Fortune 100 organizations, as well as start-up firms, managing functions such as human resources strategic planning, and internal and external consulting divisions. Her last corporate role was as Sr. Vice President for a global consultancy that specializes in helping businesses successfully execute strategies and individuals manage their careers. In that position, she consistently ranked in the top 10% world-wide in sales and received numerous Regional, President and Chairman Awards. Julie continues to maintain a client base that crosses a wide variety of industries.

Julie has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management with undergraduate degrees in Business and Computer Science.

What She’s Passionate About
Julie’s love of travel has brought her to 43 of the United States. She hopes to visit the other seven, as well as expand her travels beyond the various Countries she has visited. Much of her travel has been with her family who she enjoys spending time with. She’s always up for trying a new restaurant with friends and colleagues, particularly those that revolve around a local farm-to-table theme. Julie also enjoys maintaining a very active lifestyle, especially if it means getting outdoors. When she’s not exploring somewhere new, Julie likes to unwind with a good book.
