JESSI was engaged by a Fortune 200 Company to develop the hiring strategy and hiring criteria for the entire newly formed division from Sr. Vice President, Directors and Sales Managers, along with filling 190 Inside Sales positions in a new client market (Austin). Julie McFall led this effort with a seven-person team that she selected and managed. Every milestone was reached on or ahead of schedule with impressive results, including pulling 65% of candidates from another position, meeting the nice-to-have of a college degree with 44% of the hires and at 18 months achieving a retention rate of 76%, well above the national average for the inside rep position of 50%.
