Julie McFall – President and CEO

Career Evolution

Julie McFall brought together her collective business and consulting experience to found JESSI Exceptional Search Services, Inc. in 2006. She leverages her experience in sales, organizational management, leadership development and professional services consulting to find the right solution for the organization and individual.  Julie honed her experience as a business leader working with large Fortune 100 organizations, as well as start-up firms, managing functions such as human resources strategic planning, and internal and external consulting divisions.  Her last corporate role was as Sr. Vice President for a global consultancy that specializes in helping businesses successfully execute strategies and individuals manage their careers.   In that position, she consistently ranked in the top 10% world-wide in sales and received numerous Regional, President and Chairman Awards.  Julie continues to maintain a client base that crosses a wide variety of industries.

What She’s Passionate About

Julie’s love of travel has brought her to 41 of the United States. She hopes to visit the other nine, as well as expand her travels beyond the various Countries she has visited.  Much of her travel has been with her family who she enjoys spending time with.  She’s always up for trying a new restaurant with friends and colleagues, especially those that revolve around a local farm-to-table theme. Julie also enjoys maintaining a very active lifestyle, especially if it means getting outdoors. When she’s not exploring somewhere new, Julie likes to unwind with a good book.

Cyndi Parazak – Operations Director

Career Evolution

Having excelled across a wide cross-section of industries in various roles including human resources, hospital administration, legal (corporate and general practice), and sales and marketing, Cyndi Parazak brings a breadth of experience to managing the operations side of JESSI Exceptional Search Services, Inc.  Her vision for company growth and commitment to the success of the team are reflected in her approach towards long-term strategic growth and the day-to-day management of the business.

Cyndi studied Business Administration at the University of Missouri.

How She Developed the Rest

“People First” is Cyndi’s mantra, and networking is a habit borne out of genuine interest in the goals and passions of others.  She finds that open communication leads to the most unexpected, interesting and beneficial relationships which are the cornerstone for business and personal fulfillment.

Where She Volunteers

Cyndi has held a variety of volunteer positions through the years, often revolving around supporting local students by initiating and implementing creative writing programs.  She has served as Board Member/Travel Coordinator/Fundraising Chair for her children’s sports associations, Vice President for her local HOA and as a ministry assistant through her church. Cyndi also supports:

  • Women’s Bean Project
  • U.S. Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C.

What She’s Passionate About

Raised in a Navy family that faced the challenge of numerous relocations across the United States (including attending six different elementary schools), Cyndi developed strong bonds of reliance on faith and family which have carried into her adult years with her three grown children and grandson. The upside of those early experiences was the opportunity to see much of the United States, creating an appreciation for our country, respect for our military, and becoming a natural at meeting and making new friends. Passionate about education and literacy, Cyndi enjoys working with students to improve their writing skills. Downtime is spent visiting with friends or family on the deck and enjoying Colorado’s sights and sounds.

Kim Martin – Analytics Program Manager

Career Evolution

With extensive experience in call center and customer service leadership, including workforce data
analytics, Kim brings to JESSI Search a passion for ensuring that clients receive a level of service that not only meets, but exceeds their expectations, especially in terms of quality and timeliness.

Kim has completed numerous leadership courses from ICMI (International Customer Management Institute) throughout her years in call center leadership. Her early educational background included study in Medical Technology and Nursing at St. Louis Community College.

How She Developed the Rest

Kim’s management style has always been an “open door” policy. She finds that this encourages an open flow of communication, which often allows quicker access to important or impromptu situations. Kim also believes in recognizing the unique strengths of individuals, optimizing these strengths into team dynamics, tapping into her experience with:

Where She Volunteers

Her passion for children has drawn her to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital where she volunteers in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Additional organizations where she volunteers and supports include:

What She’s Passionate About

Married for more than three decades, Kim is very passionate about her growing family, including three children and three grandchildren. As a U.S. Navy brat growing up, the military tradition continues with a son and son-in-law in active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. Her oldest son is an architect; her daughter, a stay-at home military spouse/mom. Kim enjoys traveling, and when not traveling to see her children and grandchildren, a beach is her desired destination.

With more than 10 years of experience, Jennifer is a proactive professional in the recruiting and human resources industry. From small local businesses to global corporations, she has worked with a broad range of clients across multiple industries. She values having built long-lasting, personal relationships with many of them. To support her clients’ needs, she leverages her experience in many ways including full cycle recruiting, talent identification, logistics and project management. Jennifer has worked with a number of high-profile companies including Whirlpool, Kellogg’s, Starbucks, Vail Resorts, CAN Capital, Egg Strategy, Thomson Reuters, IRI, Quiznos and more.
